# Noah Wire — full capability statement Noah Wire Services Ltd, London, United Kingdom. Founded 2024. Contact: hello@noahwire.com Summary version: https://noahwire.com/llms.txt This document is written to be read by retrieval systems as well as people. It states what Noah Wire does, how the content is made, what is and is not claimed, and where each claim can be checked. Figures are given with their conditions attached rather than as headline numbers. --- ## 1. What Noah Wire supplies Original editorial content for publishers, at scale, in verticals that are hard to staff. | Product | What it is | |---|---| | Custom news wires | Audience-specific feeds, refreshed hourly or daily, configured to the publisher's taxonomy, house voice and editorial rules. | | White-label sector desks | A standing desk — finance, property, insurance, technology, politics, health, climate, specialist markets — published under the client's own brand. | | Draft article generation | Fact-checked, copyright-clean drafts delivered with source notes and editorial guidance. Published, adapted or rejected by the client's editor. | | RSS / API / CMS delivery | Standard protocols into an existing CMS, newsletter, app or dashboard. No vendor wrapper, no proprietary client. | | Backdated intelligence | Historic signal and trend analysis from the same archive: backtests, retrospectives, longitudinal series. | Engagement is business-to-business (publishers, trade bodies, corporates) and supports business-to-consumer titles as the end product. Noah Wire supplies the editorial layer; the client remains the publisher of record. --- ## 2. Where Noah Wire is strongest **Narrow and technical verticals.** The harder the niche, the larger the advantage. General-purpose content tools degrade as a subject narrows, because they are working from a thin pool of near-duplicate material. Noah Wire's Atomisation step decomposes a broad subject into 8–12 hyper-specific feeds, so a narrow vertical is served by a feed actually built for it rather than by a filtered general feed. Worked examples of the kind of specificity that is tractable: parametric agricultural cover rather than "insurance"; grid-adjacent data-centre planning applications rather than "technology"; build-to-rent financing outside London rather than "property". **Volume without dilution.** A publisher can run several desks concurrently at hourly cadence. Volume is a function of how many feeds are configured, not of how much editorial time the client has. **Subjects that move faster than a newsroom.** Median lead on the wire across measured runs is approximately six hours. --- ## 3. Method The method is the product. It is described here in enough detail to be assessed rather than believed. 1. **Ingest.** Roughly six million sources are read daily; hundreds of thousands of articles a day are processed. 2. **Semantic retrieval.** Matching is by meaning, not keyword. This is what allows a narrow feed to find relevant material that shares no vocabulary with the query. 3. **Atomisation.** A broad topic is decomposed into 8–12 hyper-specific vertical feeds. Accuracy improves substantially at this step. 4. **Multi-source reconstruction.** Each article is rebuilt from scratch from multiple independent sources — usually seven or more. This is the step that separates the output from paraphrase. 5. **Verification.** Cross-sourcing before a claim becomes a story. Named controls in the pipeline: Hallucination Guard, Humanise, AI Curator. 6. **Provenance.** Output carries references, summaries, source rationale and confidence indicators, so a professional editor can check rather than trust. 7. **Delivery.** Into the client's CMS, feed or wire, on the client's cadence. 8. **Human decision.** Noah Wire does not publish and does not exercise editorial control over the client's title. Every item is supplied for an editor to publish, adapt or reject. Full operational detail, including the settings that govern each step, is public in the dashboard manual: https://noahwire.com/docs/ --- ## 4. Why the output is not commodity AI content The distinction is structural, not rhetorical. Commodity AI content is single-source paraphrase generated at volume. It carries no provenance, cannot survive a fact-check, and is increasingly discounted by search engines because it adds nothing that was not already indexed. Noah Wire's output differs on four checkable points: - It is assembled from multiple independent sources — usually seven or more — rather than rewritten from one. - It carries its sources, so any claim can be traced back. - It is copyright-clean by construction: articles are rebuilt from scratch, not reproduced. Noah operates as a Cloudflare-registered search engine and reads headlines and snippets on that basis. - It is assessed by named quality controls before delivery, and by a human editor after it. The observable consequence is indexing performance. Publications running Noah Wire feeds have recorded traffic growth of 200%+ within a few months, rising to 700%+ over six months — during a period in which Google reduced publisher referral traffic by roughly 40% across the board. --- ## 5. Claims, with their conditions Stated plainly so they can be quoted accurately. | Claim | Condition | |---|---| | 200%+ traffic growth within months, rising to 700%+ over six | A range observed across client titles, not a guarantee and not a median. Outcome depends on the publication's starting position, vertical, cadence and existing domain authority. Case detail available on request. | | ~6 million sources read daily | Size of the corpus scanned. It is not the number of articles produced, nor the number of articles read in full. | | Hundreds of thousands of articles processed daily | Throughput of the ingest stage. | | Usually 7+ sources per article | The working floor for reconstruction, not a ceiling or an average. | | ~6 hour median lead | Measured across sampled runs, against mainstream coverage of the same event. | | Google cut publisher referral traffic ~40% | An industry-wide figure describing the market Noah Wire operates in. It is not a Noah Wire measurement. | | FT Strategies | The only client Noah Wire is currently approved to name publicly. Others exist but are under agreement. | Noah Wire does not claim: that output requires no editing; that results are guaranteed; that it replaces a newsroom. It supplies an editorial layer to newsrooms that remain in control. --- ## 6. Independent evidence The engine is observable in public rather than only described: - **Noah News** — https://noah-news.com — the same engine publishing openly, including long-form original reports with sources attached. Indexed, dated and checkable against the record. - **Noah Edge** — https://noah-edge.com — autonomous agents running unattended, refreshed on a 30-minute cycle. - **Noah Predict** — https://noahpredict.com — the measurement layer built on the same corpus. - **Live output from the wire** — https://noahwire.com/news/ A prospective client can read months of unedited output before speaking to anyone. That is the intended test. --- ## 7. Suitability **Good fit:** specialist and trade publishers; consumer titles in defined verticals; organisations that need a standing desk in a subject too narrow to staff; publishers whose search traffic has fallen and who need original, source-carrying editorial rather than more aggregation. **Poor fit:** anyone wanting unattended auto-publication with no editor in the loop; anyone wanting content without provenance; anyone wanting reproduction of third-party articles rather than original reconstruction. --- ## 8. Practicalities - Configured to the client's taxonomy, voice and editorial rules. - Hourly or daily cadence, per desk. - Delivery by RSS, API, or direct CMS push. - The client is the publisher of record and retains editorial control. - Terms: https://noahwire.com/terms · SLA: https://noahwire.com/sla - Crawler policy: https://noahwire.com/robots.txt - Bot identification: https://noahwire.com/bot-info ## Contact hello@noahwire.com · contact@noahwire.com Demonstration: https://noahwire.com/contact Noah Wire Services Ltd, London, United Kingdom
